With our livestreaming capabilities, you can include virtual presenters along with virtual attendees. Small group breakout rooms can also be set up.

Preparedness and protection at the OLC include protocols such as:

High ceilings and an HVAC system that uses 100% outside air and MERV 14 filtration
Electrostatic Disinfection that uses Multi-Clean Century Q 256 to ensure all surfaces are wrapped with EPA registered, hospital-grade disinfectant
Various options for individually packaged food and beverage items, including pre-packed meals that attendees pick up from multiple locations or boxed meals placed at designed seats at each event.
